Steffi offers one hour sessions at a discounted rate of only $75 (Australian dollars)
Sessions will be done via Zoom (or face to face if you live on Koh Samui)

I am passionate about mental health, in particular the challenges that Animal rescuers and carers are faced with. My high level people skills mean I can easily communicate with professional bodies, as well as clients and their families. I have wide variety of transferable skills and can easily adapt to new situations and I also respond quickly to solve problems. The philosophy which underpins my therapeutic approach is person centered and holistic, I work to build a confidential and non judgmental and trusting relationship with clients, their families and those who support them.
My psychology and counselling background has given me many tools to support people in identifying and changing negative patterns of behavioral thinking, I believe that celebrating achievements combined with realistic goal setting is paramount to building self confidence and therefore intrinsic in enabling an individual to reach their full potential.
